Helen Vaughan is an ex-marketer who has contributed to driving growth on household brands such as Nescafe, Rowntrees, and Crosse & Blackwell. She has considerable communication development experience, and has worked client-side with leading agencies such as McCann Erikson, JWT, DDB Europe, and Mindshare.
With solid senior management experience under her belt, she switched roles in 2001 to set up Nestle UK’s Marketing Training & Development Programme . Having found a passion for supporting businesses and individuals via capability development, she has since worked with marketing directors to build marketing teams’ effectiveness and performance at both a strategic and implementation level. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator.
